Dr2 Traveling to Put-In-Bay for a weekend of Rock & Roll

That's right, this weekend Dr2 & Crew are heading south for Key West Days in the middle of Lake Erie down in Put-In-Bay Ohio! That's right Frickin Ohio, we'll leave that as that. Anyways, this is a weekend filled with "Entertainment" from any entertainer that performs both on the Island of Put-in-Bay AND Key West during the year. This oughta be Jimmy Buffet craziness to the maxx. But, the main reason we are heading down there is to catch one of our all time favorite bands "Emily's Toy Box". These guys are from Harrisburg, PA and literally frick'n rock. From their smashing originals like "Back Of The Bus" to there hilarious cover renditions done the ETB way (sort of a metal punk style), these guys know how to shred a place apart! What’ going on with DP?
August 11th - Dangerous Pursuit INVADED the Token Lounge in Westland. What was billed as a
“Tune up show” for the amazing August 24th show with Brian Schram & Overloaded, turned out to
be the most incredible performance by DP to date! On the big stage is where DP shines. From the
opener, “Madhouse” to the incredible dueling lead finale,” Emerald”, the crowd was stunned (As
Always!).
Catch up with all the new “Originals” and some crazy ass covers August 23rd at
“The Machine Shop”. DP will be opening up for their very good friends “A Common Complexity”,

Also, we just confirmed, an All Ages “Free” Show! All the DP army should
represent at this one. DP on the “Detroit News” stage at Arts, Beats & Eats presented by RIFF2

What’ about the frickin’ EP?
As you all know, the ruff trax were laid down in July. The final sessions will be complete before
September 1st. Then, off to mastering. FYI, the EP is growing every week and just might become
a full CD before its all done (look for the hidden track!), the album art is currently being produced and
the promo photos are being done the first weeks of September. We still haven’t named the record
yet! We ask ALL the DP friends to submit ideas. Ya never know, it could be your idea that is seen by
millions (we hope). Lastly, you can expect a track from the “New” record up on myspace very soon!

Uncle Kracker Released

Unlce Kracker was released from jail after posting a $75,000 bond. Originally the bond was reported to be $5 million, and @ 10% would of required $500,000 to get out? Again, I wonder what really happened now that bond was reduced by so much. Reading the following article, appears there was an eye witness? I sure the hell hope so, as now they are reporting that it was a face slap while Kracker & the Band was leaving. Read the story here-

Kracker Arrested in North Carolina

Our own Uncle Kracker was arrested early this morning in North Carolona on a second degree forced sexual offense.

I hope this is just another one of those money grabs by some lonesome woman, but as we all know, you need to protect yourself from this type of shit! Only time will tell what the truth here is. Mean while, Matt is being held on a $5,000,000 bond? WTF is up with that? Most frickin murderers around here don't even come close to that type of Bond.....something smells fishy! 5 million dollar bond on someones word? What, did she record this on a video camera or something.......something smells fishy here.
