Core Effect has created a monster this year. Its name is "Rubicon". Formed in 2007, Core Effect's music has been described as heavy, modern, hook-driven rock with an experimental edge. In 2012, their trademark harmonies are as powerful as ever, and they have pushed their musical envelope with "Rubicon’s” six compelling tracks. “The word Rubicon means the point of no return,” explains Core Effect bassist and vocalist Randy Riddle. “It’s a statement that we want to perfect the art of no limits and shed the skin of our former selves. With ˜Rubicon” we feel we have captured our lightning in a bottle, and are ready to unleash it to the world.” Core Effect fans can expect an unparalleled live show. Adds Riddle; “we are going to pour our hearts out on stage in the hopes that fans leave the show with our songs in their heads.”
