The Long awaited release of the brand new album "Terrortory"
Detroit’s Heavy Metal Horror Show is back again, with a brand new album
Deluxxe Entertainment, Pure Steel Records and Motor City Metal Records are proud to present the release of Halloween’s long awaited, brand new album “Terrortory” on February 25th at The Ritz in Warren, Michigan. After more then 25 years the band is still going strong and the hype over the new album is turning out to be something pretty incredible. Joining Halloween on this very special occasion will be local bands: Sordid Circle, Society Hostile, Burn The Hearse, Banned From Earth (Black Sabbath Tribute) and Bender. Doors are at 7 p.m. and admission to the show is just $10.00. Tickets are available at the door on the day of show or can be purchased in advance from any of the opening support bands.
As most rock/metal fans in the area can tell you, Halloween started back in 1984 and became one of the top Michigan bands for many years to come thanks to their killer stage shows and tight, heavy riffs. They’ve been fortunate enough to have played several countries, have toured the United States with Crimson Glory, Savatage and Trouble and have had the pleasure of playing with some incredible national acts including: Pantera, Megadeth, Skid Row, Queensryche, L.A. Guns, Metal Church, Yngwie Malmsteen and many more. Though they don’t play out as often as they used to, they’ve still been in demand over the last 5-7 years, both in the region and overseas. The band was booked to do several music festivals in Germany in 2004, 2007 and 2009. A whole new generation is finding out about Halloween and their latest CD “Terrortory” will be the right ammunition to further the cause. The CD Release Party is solid with talent, even before Halloween takes the stage. Local up and comers Sordid Circle and Society Hostile will be getting fans ready for the metal assault with their brand of hard rock/metal directly prior to Halloween. This isn’t one of those end heavy shows either, the beginning of the night starts out with a bang and just doesn’t let up with opening sets by Bender, Banned From Earth(Sabbath Tribute) and Burn The Hearse. This will not only be a night of Halloween, it’ll be a great night of Michigan Made Music!!
The line-up for Halloween in 2012 includes original members Brian Thomas and George Neal along with long standing members Don Guerrier and Rob Brug.
