Detroit, MI – Detroit’s own urban rock powerhouse, Critical Bill, is set to drop their 4th studio album, The New Eternal on Westbound Records September 16th across all major retail outlets and online.
Hailed as one of Detroit’s hardest hitting bands that blend the rhymes of hip hop with the beats of rock & roll, Critical Bill can be reminiscent to the early Kid Rock recordings, playing the many of the same venues along the way. While touring the States with the likes of Pitbull, Tech9, Smile Empty Soul, as well as ReHab, Critical Bill has steadfastly built an underground following across the country that is not unlike Detroit’s own ICP Kingdom.
Nowhere is this more obvious than in their own stomping grounds of Mt. Clemens, MI, yes the same place that Kid Rock, Eminem, & Uncle Kracker ruled before their own explosiveness took them to new heights.
The band has scheduled their CD Release Party to celebrate the release of The New Eternal at the Emerald Theatre…..ah we meant the Macomb Music Theater in Downtown Mt Clemens this Saturday September 13th, marking their 3rd release party at the historic venue. It will be the closest you can get to what an Eminem or Kid Rock concert was like…….before they made it to the big time! Pistol Day Parade (fresh off tour with Ted Nugent), It Lies Within, Cadre & Through Our Eyes open the night, doors at 7pm, all ages, tickets are $10 and include a copy of the new CD, you cannot beat that deal!
