The Motor City Music Foundation is excited to announce the 4th Annual Great Sounds Awards to be presented during the 2008 Detroit Music Awards Show April 25th at the State Theater (AKA The Fillmore) in what really amounts to a Peoples Choice Award. This is the opportunity for all the FANS to participate in the Detroit Music Awards by voting in six categories that encompass all musical genres! Anyone can click on the link below and get voting in what will certainly be some of the most coveted awards during this year’s show. Check out the nominees in each category where you’ll find not just 4 or 5 nominees presented to you, but more like 25 + of the Detroit Music Scene’s brightest top performers. Remember you do not need to be a member of the MCMF or even be in a band, these awards are voted on by any Detroit Music fan regardless of what style music you prefer!
